- Will I be required to complete online assignments?
- You will not be required to complete Discussion Forum assignments that are due in your online course during your week in London; but, any other assignments that are due in your online course during your week in London will need to be completed.
- How much time will be spent with faculty in discussion sessions during the Symposium?
- Ashford faculty will be active participants in each discussion session, and will be available for informal interactions throughout the 2½-day Symposium. )
- Will I need to log in to my online course during the Study Tour?
- Yes. Arrangements will be made for you to log in for attendance purposes.
- May I use Ashford University's travel agent to arrange travel to and from Chicago?

- May I purchase my airline ticket on my own, and not use Ashford's travel agent?
- Yes; but you must arrange to arrive at the hotel where the Symposium is being held in time to attend the opening session.
- May I alter the return date, extending my time in London by a few days?
- Not if you are using the Group Fare (round trip from Chicago), which is good only for the announced dates of the tour.
- What are the hotel facilities like?
- The hotel selected for the Symposium has a four-star rating.
- What if I get sick?
- Medical facilities are readily available at your destination. Check with your health care provider to be informed of how your coverage can be applied in distant locations.
- Can I use financial aid to cover my costs?
- If you are a graduate student eligible for financial aid, your financial aid resources can be used to cover the tuition charged by Ashford University for courses. The cost of travel and course fees cannot be covered by financial aid.
- May I invite someone who is not a student to accompany me?
- Yes. That person will be not be required to pay tuition, but will be offered an invitation to attend the course discussion sessions.
- When does registration for the England Study Tour close?
- Registration must be completed by July 1, 2010.
